Job description
What are your core responsibilities at I-care?
After an intense training (theoretical and on the job) you become an expert in multiple condition monitoring techniques, such as : vibration analysis, lubricant analysis, infrared, thermography, ultrasound inspections, ….
You will perform predictive maintenance activities at customers sites
Analyzing and evaluating maintenance activities and production losses at our customers
Analyzing and implementing improvement measures in manufacturing organizations in order to improve the reliability of their assets, reduce cost and increase production capabilities
Identifying and actively communicating about opportunities both for our customers and I-care, thanks to technologies developed by the I-Care R&D department
Using business case thinking to find pragmatic solutions for our customers’ problems
Who are we looking for?
A bachelor or master level engineering degree with a first experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance
Experience and/or a strong interest in technology, engineering and their innovative application in the manufacturing industry
A healthy dose of communication skills and a love for working with likeminded colleagues and customers
Seeing mobility and travelling as an opportunity, not as a burden
A self-motivated, independent and result oriented achiever
Excellent oral and written skills in English
A willingness and passion for life-time learning and studying
