Requirements

1. Minimum 30 years old
2. Proven working experience as a Sales Engineer
3. Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
4. Advanced MS Office skills
5. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
6. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
7. Project management and supervision skills
8. Decision making ability and leadership skills
9. Current engineer license
10. Time management and organization skills
11. Engineering or relevant field

Responsibilities

1. As Sales and Marketing
2. Make a regular reporting to Head Office ( in Jakarta )
3. Prepare, schedule, sales coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
4. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
5. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
6. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
7. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
