Mechanic Service Technician

Location: Jatiuwung, Tangerang

Job Description:
Controls and performs machine maintenance
Repairs the damage of the production machine in their own mechanic work order (WO)
Controls and supervises technician job according to the priority scale
Performs activities in accordance to KPI
Requirements:

Minimum education level: Diploma / Bachelor of mechanical engineering, electronic or any other relevant major
Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance / machine technician
Understands machine / electro basic elements, operating Workshop machine and engineering drawing

Maintenance Technician

Location: Jatiuwung, Tangerang

Job Description:
Performs asset data collection with IFS Maintenance system
Performs Maintenance activities periodically with IFS Maintenance system
Follows up the WO preventive to meet the deadline
Inputs the data listen in Preventive Maintenance results
Requirements:

Minimum education level: Diploma / Bachelor of mechanical engineering / electronic
Able to operate computer
Understands basic mechanical, engineering drawing and machine elements

QC Leader

Location: Jatiuwung, Tangerang

Job Description:
Inspects or examines in accordance to the procedure
Monitors every process involved in the production process, from the quality of raw materials to finished goods
Ensures that the quality of the product fulfills the approved quality standard
Requirements:

Minimum education level: Diploma / Bachelor of industrial engineering, chemistry or any other relevant majors
Has a minimum 2 years of experience in QC department
An experience as a QC staff in personal care / skin care / consumer good company is a bonus
Willing to work with / in a shift system

Packing Supervisor

Location: Jatiuwung, Tangerang

Job Description:
Supervises / observes and controls the packing operator's work
Reinforces order and disciplines employees
Observes the smoothness of the packaging process of the production result
Provides briefing and training to the packer about the machine operation and SOP
Evaluates the packer performance
Willing to work in a shift system
Requirements:

Minimal education level: Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
Has an experience as a supervisor in manufacturing company for 2 years
Prioritizing candidates that have an experience as a Packing Supervisor
Understands production and packing process
Has a good leadership, analytical thinking and problem solving skills

QA Supervisor

Location: Jatiuwung, Tangerang

Job Description:
Supervises / observes the accuracy and precision of the QA Laboratory work activities data record and incoming RM
Supervises / observes the wellness and efficiency of the QA Department's operational activities
Observes / supervises the employees' discipline and safety
Implements the quality standards and ISO
Requirements:

Mimimum education level: Bachelor of industrial engineering, chemical engineering or any other relevant majors.
Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in QC / QA, especially in FMCG company
Has a good leadership, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
